Pay: From $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Location: On-site

About the Organization

A large, master-planned residential community in North Scottsdale seeking a polished and service-driven professional to support residents, guests, and internal teams. This full-time, on-site role is highly customer-facing and central to daily office operations.

Position Overview

The Community Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. This role requires exceptional customer service, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare front desk area daily and maintain office supplies and common areas.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, conference room coordination, and event logistics.
  • Process homeowner documentation, welcome communications, and resident database updates.
  • Handle mail processing, payment logs, and administrative support tasks.
  • Coordinate realtor access, open house signage requests, and compliance checks.
  • Assist with facility maintenance requests and various staff projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a community center, customer service, or front desk role (required).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
